Shipping Processing Times
Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) to process your order.
If you need your order sooner, please reach out PRIOR to ordering to see what arrangements we can make.
We ship from Fort Lupton, CO USA
Standard shipping (unless otherwise requested and agreed upon between the seller and buyer) is USPS priority mail.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based off of the weight of you purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package arrives damaged please email us with in 3 business days at blackfoxcraftery@gmail.com, please include pictures of the damaged items, so we can assess next steps.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any customized/personalized items. If your item arrives damaged - please refer to our "Damages and Issues" policy above.
If a return is agreed upon - the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item does not return in the agreed upon condition, no refund will be issued. Please ensure to repack the items as carefully as we do when we ship them to you.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be done with in 12 hours of ordering. If it's after 12 hours and we have already started making your order we will be unable to cancel it.
Refunds
If a refund has been agreed upon, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund/credit to post to your account.
